Work Enclave is a supervised work training program for students receiving special education services. The enclave provides a transition step between school and independent work for those who need a higher degree of support or supervision.

Students:
- At least 16 years of age or in junior year of high school.
- Seeking a certificate (non-diploma)
- Enrolled in Academic Life Skills programs or at Cedar Lane School.
Employer Role:
- Provide job tasks for group.

- Gain satisfaction from helping students with special needs achieve independence.
- Teachers oversee quality of work.
- Work provided at no charge to organization.
- School system provides transportation to job site.
